About Us:

We are located in Havelock Ontario. Off The Cliff is a play on my name, long before having multiple products. People called my hot sauce OTC. Growing up as a Canadian in a Trinidadian household, I was exposed to strong family values, great music, sauces, spices and amazing Caribbean cuisine.I was taught to make everything from scratch and soon cooking became my passion! I'm still in the kitchen trying to create new hot sauces. It's not just about the heat for me, it's about flavour and finding that perfect balance! OTC is the result of all those years of testing and research and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

I love OTC, it has a unique blend of heat and flavour, that is unlike anything other hot sauce. There have been many times where I have been sweating from OTC, but I keep going back for more because it tastes so good! Definitely the hottest sauce I have ever had, while still keeping that delicious flavour that makes you want to go back for more. It’s difficult to explain, you’d have to try it for yourself!
