Our Journey starts here :)

Welcome to Off The Cliff, we are located in Havelock, Ontario. Off The Cliff is a small batch producer of hot sauces, spices and honey.

Growing our own habanero peppers lead to keeping bees for our own pollination. Follow us on our journey from 10 hives to 400. I will be posting our videos on our website, youtube channel (Cliff Ramoutar),instagram _off_the_cliff_ and facebook.

I love OTC, it has a unique blend of heat and flavour, that is unlike anything other hot sauce. There have been many times where I have been sweating from OTC, but I keep going back for more because it tastes so good! Definitely the hottest sauce I have ever had, while still keeping that delicious flavour that makes you want to go back for more. It’s difficult to explain, you’d have to try it for yourself!
